Aegis[300E] :: Defence Lawyer Aegis is a defence lawyer for the Hellion Technological Holdings Group (HelTech). He is a regened variant of an early 300 series model of lawyer, various gene grafts have been applied to bring back his humanity, scientists curious to see if a fear of death may help a lawyer perform better in combat. Many other older, and some newer, lawyer models have recently been brought into the project, all of which have been dubbed E-Types, with the E appended to their model numbers. The original Aegis variant was prone to excessive violence when pushed. There are many recordings of an Aegis accidentally destroying himself in the process of fighting back. So far the regeneing in this model has proven successful, the added awareness of self helping to stave off the violent surges he once all too frequently succumbed to. As a defence lawyer, Aegis is charged with the protection of the other lawyers in his legal team. The current Aegis prefers the slightly older Mk4 model of HelTech's in-house developed AG or Athena's Gift armour. This powered suit of carbon nano-pyramids is worn over a memory steel bodysuit and AI backpack which also contains an initial supply of nano-aides, battery power, and the lawyer's nano-tech based inventory management system. Using this HelTech patented system, the lawyer is able to scan through a HUD to find a particular weapon or item of equipment, and request it - a message is sent to the few nano-aides in the backpack who exit their holding socket and convert the environment around the lawyer into more nano-aides and finally the requested item - all of this taking place in the space of a few seconds. Currently, HelTech is the only entity with workable nano-tech in the court. These suits help HelTech lawyers avoid the problem of only being able to use weapons and equipment that they take into the arena with them. |

Kernal[246E] :: Prosecution Lawyer Kernal is a prosecution lawyer for the Hellion Technological Holdings Group (HelTech). He is a regened variant of an older, failed 246 series model of lawyer. One of the E-Types, this model has been bought into line with his contemporary cousins. Originally suffering from bouts of extreme terror, the regeneing process has solved the majority of these problems and provided for greater muscle mass than has ever been achieved in a lawyer before. Because of this, this variant is now one of the pre-eminent prosecution lawyers in use with HelTech This Kernal variant enjoys the use of a Mk5 AG armoured suit. As well as the Mk4 suit loadout, this new release includes rounded shoulder guards and an Enhanced Occular Display SystemTM. Kernal dreams of one day piloting a mech into a court session. He watches too much TV. |

Chips[1138E] :: Offence Lawyer Chips is an offence lawyer for the Hellion Technological Holdings Group (HelTech). He is a regened variant of a current 1138 series model of lawyer (the standard still being in production). One of the E-Types, this model has improved cunning which manifests itself primarily in efforts at stealth and subterfuge - while normally not a requirement in the standard court environment, these lawyers have been known to turn the tide of battle in unexpected ways. This Chips variant enjoys the use of a Mk12 AG armoured suit. As well as the standard suit loadout, this new release sacrifices some battery space and initial reaction mass storage in favour of active stealth components. Chips favours a circa 2240 tekatana. This weapon features a mono-atomic edged frequency blade. This vibrating sword, able to cut through almost anything, proves the old adage: they just don't make 'em like they used to. |

RedHurt[1139E] :: Purjuror RedHurt is a Purjuror for the Hellion Technological Holdings Group (HelTech). He is a regened variant of the 1139 series model of lawyer (which has never gone into production due to major psychological flaws). One of the E-Types, this model has improved intelligence - he can now read the Head-Up-Display in his suit. Many wondered at the reasoning behind regeneing this lawyer, but basically it came back down to the good old quality Vs quantity. HelTech opted for quantity. Many 3 man teams are now accompanied by a purjuror which is basically a decoy with a cool name. Due to the lack of training requirements (or indeed the capacity to carry them out) this lawyer is extremely cheap to produce This RedHurt variant is dumped into a Mock Mk11 AG armoured suit, as developed by HelTech's Mattttel division. Yes, this suit is plastic, and cheap at a fraction of the cost of a real AG suit. RedHurt likes chicken. |
